Kratom and Weight Loss. Try Kratom Soup!



Try Kratom Soup – Tuscan Vegetable

Mmmmm! And it only takes about 30 minutes from start to finish to make kratom weight loss soup! With only 150 calories per cup you can’t go wrong. Here’s how we do it:

Ingredients: 2 zucchini, 1 yellow summer squash, 3 peeled carrots, 1 medium onion, 3 stalks celery, 1/2 red and 1/2 yellow bell pepper (or use a few mini peppers),  2 cans white beans, 1 can fire roasted diced or squashed tomatoes, 3 cans chicken broth, dried Thyme, dried Sage, salt and pepper and Maeng Da Kratom.

Chop the following all close to the same size and sauté in a large soup pot with a splash of olive oil: 2 zucchini, 1 yellow summer squash, 3 carrots, 1 medium onion, 3 celery stalks, 1/2 a red and yellow bell pepper (or a couple tiny ones), 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 to 1-1/2 teaspoon of dried Thyme, 1/2 to 1 teaspoon dried Sage.

(Optional: Blanched Asparagus). While veges are being sautéed prepare a large bowl of ice water, then boil about 3 inches of water in a pot and throw in a pound of asparagus (with hard ends snapped off). Boil 1 minute. Drain and throw them into the ice water. Chop up and add to the soup.

When vegetables are softened to your liking add the chicken broth, a can of beans, crush up the other can and throw it in, and add the tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Once boiling turn down to a soft boil and add about 2-3 cups of fresh spinach, mix in and then add about two teaspoons of our Maeng Da Kratom powder.  Top each bowl with a pinch of parmesan cheese and enjoy. It tastes wonderful and you won’t even know there is kratom in it until you feel the energy of course! 🙂
